Vitlök

Nyss käkade jag 6 klyftor vitlök. Jag surfar på webben för att se vad det var jag stoppade i mig egentligen.

Tryptophan g 0.012
"For some time, tryptophan has been available in health food stores as a dietary supplement, although it is common in dietary protein. Hittar inte mycket info än att det är essentiellt för kroppen, att kroppen inte pallar tillverka det själv utan man får det i kosten.

Förvandlas i kroppen till Homocysteine. För mycket sånt i kroppen kan leda till hjärtsjukdom och benskörhet(?)

Light-version av Cysteine. Antioxidant.

Phenylalanine g 0.033
En beståndsdel i DNA. Bildar dopamine, norepinephrine (noradrenaline), and epinephrine (adrenaline). Kan joxa en massa. Omvandlas till Dopamine i hjärnan.

Gör ungefär samma saker Leucine.

Omvandlas till bränsle i muskler och vävnaden. Stimulerar urinproduktion, som hjälper till att balansera hela det systemet.

Kroppen tillverkar det själv. Det är en s.k. "osmoprotectant", hindrar cellerna att torka ut, eller något dylikt. Ingrediens i sportdrycker uppenbarligen.

Bildar många andra aminosyror.

Ja, det är ett helt apotek man får i sig. :-P

En av vitlöksätandets effekter som jag upplevt (antingen jag upplevt det eller inbillat mig det), är att jag känner mig mer skärpt, samtidigt som jag känner mig lugn. Svårt att förklara.

Men, nu har jag alltså ett möjligt svar på varför jag känner så, nämligen att Vitlök innehåller en massa aminosyror som fungerar som signalsubstanser. Yay! :-P

Inte behöver man dyra droger.

Vitlök är bra skit : ) Har alltid hemma. Lite som snacks när andan faller på.

Min näsa tål inte andra vitlöksstank och min egen mage blir gasig om jag käkar det - så vitlök äter jag bara i små mångder.

Antimonite: håller def. med om vad Vitlök gör med magen. Ibland kommer det bara gas, gas och gas. Ibland får jag närmast förstoppning. Så, det är inte helt odelat positivt att käka Vitlök. Det har sina sidoeffekter som sagt.
